Die Prüfungen nationaler und internationaler Bauprojekte liefern wesentliche Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Unternehmensführung und leisten einen zentralen Beitrag zur Konzernsteuerung sowie zur nachhaltigen Compliance. Ihr Profil Gesucht werden Bauleiter:innen oder Projektleiter:innen mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Umsetzung großvolumiger Bauvorhaben im Verkehrswegebau, Tiefbau oder Erdbau - typischerweise in leitender Funktion bei Projekten im zweistelligen Millionenbereich. Diese Rolle richtet sich an Personen, die ihre operative Erfahrung künftig aus einer übergeordneten Perspektive einbringen möchten, gerne analytisch arbeiten, Freude an Baustellenbegehungen und Reisetätigkeit haben und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten schätzen. Besonders gefragt sind lösungsorientierte Macher:innen mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz, die komplexe Sachverhalte klar analysieren und konstruktiv weiterentwickeln können.

Dotierung: Jahresbruttofixeinkommen ab EUR 90.000 p.a.; je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung marktkonforme Überzahlung sowie Firmenwagen vorgesehen.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben.

* Eigenverantwortliche Prüfung und Revision komplexer Bauprojekte im Verkehrswegebau, Tiefbau oder Erdbau vor Ort * Analyse von Risiken und Chancen direkt auf den Baustellen * Ableitung von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Rahmen projektbezogener Prüfungen sowie Due-Diligence-Prüfungen * Erstellung fundierter Prüfberichte mit Unterstützung des Backoffice-Teams * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Revisionsprozesse * Enge Zusammenarbeit im Buddy-System mit kaufmännischen Revisor:innen
