Tätigkeiten

* Als Bauleiter_in übernehmen Sie die selbstständige Leitung von Bauprojekten - in technischer und personeller Hinsicht.

* Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Ihren Auftraggeber und überzeugen durch Ihre fachliche Kompetenz. Auch Bei Beratungen und Verhandlungen mit Ihren Auftraggebern finden Sie stets die beste Lösung für alle Beteiligten.

* Die Planung der Arbeitsvorbereitung für diverse Bauvorhaben obliegt Ihrer Verantwortung: Dabei sind Sie für die Disposition von Personal, Maschinen und Material nach internem Kosten- und Terminplan zuständig.

* Ein zentraler Bestandteil Ihrer Arbeit ist die Koordination und Kontrolle von Baustellen im Hinblick auf Ablauf, Ausführung und Durchführung. Sie haben stets alles im Blick: Qualität, Termineinhaltung und Kostenstatus.

* Schließlich verantworten Sie die zeitgerechte und korrekte Erstellung der Abrechnungen Ihrer Baustellen.

* Durch Ihre Mitwirkung bei der Angebotskalkulation und bei der Koordination von Subunternehmern sorgen Sie für ökonomische und reibungslose Prozesse.

* Gewissenhaft kümmern Sie sich um die Einhaltung aller einschlägigen Gesetze/Verordnungen sowie aller verbindlichen, lokal gültigen Normen.

* Mit Ihrer fachgerechten und fairen Führung motivieren Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter_innen, höchst qualitative Leistungen zu erbringen.

* Gewissenhaft stellen Sie die im Konzern vorgegebenen Maßnahmen betreffend Compliance sicher und verfügen über hohe persönliche Integrität.

* Sie fördern digitale Entwicklungen mit dem Ziel die Produktivität auf Ihren Baustellen zu erhöhen.

Voraussetzungen

* abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU)

* Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter_in

* IT-Affinität sowie fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse, iTWO, MS-Project

* Leidenschaft für technische Lösungen

* Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Freude an selbstständigen Entscheidungen

* Persönliche Flexibilität, Ausdauer und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungskraft und Verantwortungsbereitschaft

* Offenheit für digitale/produktivitätssteigernde Lösungen im operativen Baubetrieb

WIR BIETEN Das KV-Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt € 5.099,00 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt von Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung ab und kann demnach auch darüber liegen.
