Für die erfolgreiche Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Industrie- und Energieprojekte suchen wir einen engagierten Bauleiter Industrieelektrik (m/w/d). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die technische und organisatorische Leitung von Elektroinstallations- und Montageprojekten auf industriellen Baustellen und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Projektleitung und Montageteams.

Ihre Aufgaben

· Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Baustellen im Bereich Industrieelektrik

· Führung und Einsatzplanung von Eigen- und Fremdpersonal

· Überwachung der Montagearbeiten hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Termineinhaltung

· Koordination mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Subunternehmern und Behörden

· Erstellung von Baustellendokumentationen, Bautagesberichten und Leistungsnachweisen

· Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller EHS-Richtlinien

· Materialdisposition und Überwachung der Materialflüsse auf der Baustelle

· Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen

· Erkennen und Nachverfolgen von Mehrleistungen sowie Nachtragsmanagement

Ihr Profil

· Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Lehre, Werkmeister, HTL oder vergleichbar)

· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld

· Erfahrung in der Baustellenleitung bzw. Montageleitung von Vorteil

· Kenntnisse einschlägiger Normen und Vorschriften im Bereich Elektrotechnik

· Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und konsequente Einhaltung aller Arbeitsschutz-, EHS- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit persönlicher Schutzausrüstung (PSA) sowie in der Durchsetzung von Sicherheitsstandards auf Baustellen

· Vorbildfunktion im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und aktive Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur ("Safety First")

· Gute Deutschkenntnisse ab C Niveau, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

· Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen

· Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

· Reisebereitschaft für Projekteinsätze

· Gültiger Erste Hilfe Zertifikat und SCC-Zertifikat für Führungskräfte

· Führerschein der Klasse B und Stapler- oder Kranschein von Vorteil
