Für unseren Standort in Poggersdorf suchen wir einen motivierten und engagierten Bauleiter (m/w/d), der gerne im Team arbeitet und Verantwortung übernimmt. 1 Bauleiter (m/w/d) Hochbau Tätigkeiten

Verantwortung für die Leitung und Überwachung von Bauprojekten im Hochbau

Sicherstellung der termingerechten und qualitativen Ausführung aller Bauarbeiten

Koordination und Führung der Bauarbeiter und Subunternehmer

Überwachung der Einhaltung von Bauvorschriften, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards

Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Planern und Behörden

Erstellung und Überwachung von Bauzeitenplänen

Kontrolle der Baukosten und Budgetverantwortung

Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Erstellung von Berichten

Anforderungen

abgeschlossene HTL, FH oder Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, vorzugsweise im Hochbau

fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB und relevanter Bauvorschriften

ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsstärke

sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und branchenspezifischer Software

Führerschein Klasse B

Das kollektivvertragliche Brutto-Mindestgehalt auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt zwischen €3.593,00 und € 5.905,00 pro Monat, abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
