Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Lienz suchen wir 1 Bauleiter Tiefbau (m/w/d) Job Nr. 304410

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben in technischer, kaufmännischer und personeller Hinsicht lt. Rechts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

* Arbeitsvorbereitung für Bauvorhaben (Disposition von Personal, Maschinen und Material)

* Baustellencontrolling hinsichtlich Qualität, Termineinhaltung, Organisation und Kosten inkl. Risikoanalyse und -steuerung

* Koordination und Abwicklung von Subunternehmerleistungen

* Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung in allen wesentlichen technischen und personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten

* Erstellung von Mehrkostenforderungen und Zusatzangeboten in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung

DEIN ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Bmstr., TU)

* Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Tiefbau

* Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (iTWO, MS-Office) sowie kaufmännische Kenntnisse (Kostenrechnung etc.)

* CAD - Computer-Aided Design

* Verhandlungs- und Organisationsgeschick

* Verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Kompetenz in Mitarbeiter_innenführung und Motivation

* Seriöses Auftreten im Umgang mit Kund_innen und Behörden

* Führerschein Klasse B
