Daher suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen/eine 1 Bauleitung Brand- und Explosionsschutz (m/w/d) Als Bauleiter/in im Bereich Brand- und Explosionsschutz übernimmst Du die technische und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Projekte auf nationalen und internationalen Baustellen. Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Planung, Kunde, Montage und Behörden und sorgst für eine fachgerechte, termin- und kostentreue Umsetzung.

WIR WÜNSCHEN UNS IM DETAIL:

* Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Projekten im Bereich Brand- und Explosionsschutz

* Durchführung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Überprüfung von bestehenden Brand- und Explosionsschutzanlagen

* Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle

* Überwachung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Vorschriften und Bestimmungen

* Dokumentation/Abnahmen von Anlagen und Übergabe an den Kunden

* Koordination und Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen im Zuge der Inbetriebnahme

* Enge Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen im Rahmen der Projektabwicklung

* Abstimmung mit Kunden und Sachverständigen

DU BRINGST MIT:

* Abgeschlossene techn. Ausbildung (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik)

* Kenntnisse im Bereich brandschutztechnischer Einrichtungen wünschenswert

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau

* Kenntnisse im Explosionsschutz und Umgang mit Druckbehältern von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

* Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Reisebereitschaft (projektbezogene Einsätze im internationalen Umfeld)
