Das erwartet Sie bei uns Gesamtabwicklung und -leitung für alle laufenden GU-Hochbauprojekte bis zur Fertigstellung (Ausschreibung und Vergabe, Bauphase und Übernahme) im Großraum Steiermark Regelmäßige Information und Abstimmung mit der Gruppenleitung in allen wesentlichen technischen und personalrelevanten Aufgaben bzw. Problemstellungen Überwachung der Projekte unter Einhaltung wirtschaftlicher, technischer und zeitlicher Vorgaben Proaktive Kontaktpflege und Korrespondenz mit allen Projektbeteiligten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Koordination von Nachunternehmern Verlässliche und kompetente Ansprechperson für das Baustellenteam Kontrolle des Bauablaufes und Durchführung von Baustellenergebniskontrollen Das bringen Sie mit Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL-Matura Hochbau, FH, TU) Mind. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mind. 5 Jahre als Bauleitung Teamplayer:in mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft, Problemlösungskompetenz, Führungsstärke und Engagement Unternehmerisches Denken und wirtschaftliches Verständnis Effizientes Projektmanagement gepaart mit Kontaktfreudigkeit Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse im MS Office und vorzugsweise ITwo Ihre Vorteile in der ÖSTU-STETTIN Sport & Events Beweise dich beim Wintersporttag oder bei Laufevents oder lerne dein Team bei firmeneigenen Veranstaltungen besser kennen.
