Durch die Verbindung von Fachkompetenz und Mühlviertler Handschlagqualität stellt HOFA sicher, dass jedes Projekt termingerecht und in höchster Qualität umgesetzt wird. 1 Bauleitung HKLS (m/w/d)

Aufgaben, die mir Freude machen

* Eigenständige und verantwortungsvolle Bauleitung für unsere Projekte (Neubau und Sanierung Einfamilienhaus und Gewerbebereich)

* Selbständige Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden

* Führung der Partien

* Planung und Koordination der Subfirmen

* Festlegung der Montageabläufe und Termineinhaltung

* Leistungs- und Qualitätskontrolle

* Selbstständiges Führen des Baustellenschriftverkehrs z.B. Aufmaße, Bautagebuch, Regieberichte, etc.

* Vorbereitung von Nachträgen und Erstellen von Revisionsunterlagen

* Erstellen von Materiallisten

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit

Qualifikationen, die mich auszeichnen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL etc.)

* Berufserfahrung im Bauleitungsbereich Baunebengewerbe Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik wünschenswert

* Lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement

* Lern- und Fortbildungsbereitschaft

Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Referenzen deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt € 54.600,00/Jahr (KV Metall).
