Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Baumeisterwesen. 1 Baumeister_in -

Projektmanagement Neuanlagen sowie Sicherheitsprüfungen

Übernahme bauseitiger Änderungen und Dokumentation bei Neuanlagen, Erstellung von Bauwerksbüchern & Sicherheitsprüfungen

Ihre Aufgaben

* Übernahme bauseitiger Änderungen an Bestands- und Neuanlagen

* Bauaufsichtstätigkeiten für Umbauten und Neuanlagen

* Dokumentation von Neuanlagen inklusive der relevanten Bau- und Sicherheitsunterlagen

* Erstellung von Bauwerksbüchern gemäß Landesgesetz (§ 128a)

* Durchführung von Sicherheitsprüfungen nach ÖNORM B 1300 / B 1301

* Erstellung von Energieausweisen nach den OIB-Richtlinien

* Objektbegehungen und Erstellung der zugehörigen Berichte

* Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Behörden und internen Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Baumeisterschule)

* Baumeisterprüfung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Baugewerbe

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Dokumentation, Auswertungen, digitale Tools)

* Der Aufgabe entsprechende fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation von Vorteil

* Idealerweise Erfahrung mit:

** Erstellung von Bauwerksbüchern und Energieausweisen

** B 1300 / B 1301 Prüfungen inkl. Hausbegehungen

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

* Führerschein B
