The posting

Wir sind ein in Wien bzw. im Großraum Wien tätiges Bauunternehmen mit fast 50 jähriger Geschichte und Erfahrung.

Unsere Kunden sind öffentliche Auftraggeber, Hausverwaltungen und private Personen und Institutionen.

Der Weg zu uns führt über Ausschreibungen, Empfehlungen und langjährige

Zusammenarbeit mit Ingenieurbüros und Architekten.

Unsere Palette reicht vom Einfamilienhaus bis zur denkmalgeschützten Kirche,

von der thermischen Sanierung von Fassaden bis zur Neugestaltung von Innenhöfen.

Die beiden Firmengründer möchten ihr Wissen und Erfahrung gerne weitergeben

und den erfolgreichen Fortbestand des Unternehmens mit rund 180 Mitarbeitern dadurch sichern.

Wir sind familiär mit schlanker Struktur aufgebaut, arbeiten in Teams und pflegen

einen freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander.

Wichtig sind uns trotz aller technischen Entwicklungen der wertschätzende Umgang mit Menschen,

Aktuell suchen wir 1 Baupolier mit Erfahrung im Bereich der Sanierung Vollzeit / 40h

Arbeitsort: Wien

Ihre Aufgaben

* thermischen Sanierung von Fassaden

* Restauration denkmalgeschützter Fassaden (z.B. Kirchen und viele Gebäude in Wien)

* Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Subunternehmen und Auftraggebern

* Organisation & Koordination Sanierung und Revitalisierung

* Geräte und Materialeinsatzplanung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung zum Baupolier

* Unbedingt Sanierungskenntnisse!

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Bereich Sanierung

* Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein B
