Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort Klagenfurt am Wörthersee ehestmöglich eine:n Mitarbeiter:in für die Funktion 1 Bauprojektmanagement - Steuerung (all genders)

Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden/Woche)

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns:

* Planung von Netzinfrastrukturprojekten im Bereich Tiefbau (Kabel- und Leitungsbau)

* Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen und technische Bewertung von Angeboten

* Bauprojektmanagement mit Schwerpunkt auf Bauabwicklung (Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement)

* Standortübergreifende Koordination und technische Begleitung von Tiefbaumaßnahmen

* Bearbeitung technischer Fragestellungen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards in der Projektabwicklung

Das bringen Sie dafür mit:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene HTL-Matura mit dem Schwerpunkt Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.Ä.

* Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau, Leitungsbau, Glasfaserausbau, Straßenbau oder in der örtlichen Bauaufsicht von Vorteil (bei abgeschlossener HTL ist dies erforderlich)

* Kenntnisse in Bauabläufen, Baukoordination oder Bauprojektmanagement von Vorteil

* Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Planungs- Projektmanagement- und Ausschreibungssoftware (CAD, Office-Apps, ABK) von Vorteil

* Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Genauigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Neugierde und Teamfähigkeit

* Führerschein der Klasse B mit der Bereitschaft zur Lenkung eines Dienstfahrzeuges

* Bereitschaft zu laufender Weiterbildung

Für die Funktion wird ein marktkonformes Brutto-Monatsentgelt ab 3.980 Euro (Basis Vollzeit) geboten, welches dem EVU-KV entspricht sowie nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vergütet wird.
