https://Top-Solution.biz (IDEEH GmbH, Fischauergasse 164/Top 1, 2700 Wiener Neustadt ) begleitet im Rahmen des AQUA-Programms des AMS ein traditionsreiches Spengler- und Abdichtungsunternehmen, das für seine Baustellen in Wien engagierte Personen sucht, die den Einstieg in das Metall- und Blecharbeits-Handwerk wagen möchten.

Die verkürzte Lehre (ca. 18 Monate) bietet dir eine praktische, zukunftssichere Ausbildung in einem wichtigen Handwerksberuf - direkt im Unternehmen und begleitet von erfahrenen Profis. 1 Bauspengler_in

Zielgruppe:

Du hast die Pflichtschule abgeschlossen und möchtest einen handwerklichen Beruf erlernen, bei dem Metallbearbeitung, präzises Arbeiten, Technik und Außenarbeit kombiniert werden?

Dann ist die Ausbildung im Bereich Spenglerei die ideale Wahl. Du lernst, Bleche zu formen, Dächer und Fassaden zu verkleiden, Bauteile herzustellen und hochwertige Metallarbeiten direkt auf Baustellen umzusetzen.

Profil

-Positiver Pflichtschulabschluss

-Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)

-Handwerkliches Geschick & Freude an der Arbeit mit Metall

-Technisches Grundverständnis für Maschinen, Maße & Werkzeuge

-Körperliche Belastbarkeit & Wettertauglichkeit

-Schwindelfreiheit / keine Höhenangst

-Teamfähigkeit, Pünktlichkeit & hohe Motivation

-praktische Erfahrungen im Metall-, Werkstätten- oder Baubereich von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich

Tätigkeiten:

-Zuschneiden, Biegen und Formen von Blechen

-Anfertigung & Montage von Dach- und Fassadenverkleidungen

-Verarbeitung von Metallen wie Aluminium, Kupfer, Zink & Stahl

-Herstellung und Montage von Dachrinnen, Ablaufrohren, Verblechungen

-Unterstützung bei Abdichtungs-, Sanierungs- und Reparaturarbeiten

-Arbeiten mit Maschinen und Werkzeugen (nach Einschulung)

-Allgemeine Baustellenunterstützung in ganz Wien

-Einhaltung sämtlicher Sicherheits- und Schutzvorschriften

Firmensitz ist in 2304 Mannsdorf an der Donau

So läuft's mit AQUA: Die Ausbildung erfolgt am 2. Bildungsweg - mit viel Praxis im Betrieb und Theorie in der Berufsschule. Die Lehrzeit ist auf die Hälfte verkürzt, das Einkommen kommt über das AMS plus Ausbildungszuschuss. Die Ausbildungskosten übernimmt das Unternehmen.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende. Mindestentgelt nach Beendigung der AQUA nach Kollektivvertrag: ca. 3.200 € brutto, pro Monat. (Stand Dez.2025)
