Glasfaserausbau schnell und zuverlässig mit den Spezialisten von Libra GmbH. Aktuell suchen wir 1 Baustellenbetreuer_in Tiefbau und Glasfaserausbau (m/w/d) m/w/d Vollzeit Österreichweite Baustellen Eintritt ab sofort

Die Libra AT GmbH realisiert als Generalunternehmer Glasfaserprojekte in Österreich. Wir suchen einen engagierten Baustellenbetreuer, der unsere Bauleitung vor Ort unterstützt und den Überblick über Baufortschritt, Qualität und Dokumentation behält.

Deine Aufgaben

· Betreuung unserer Tiefbau- und Glasfaserbaustellen in enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung

· Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Baufortschritt und Ausführungsqualität nach Vorgaben der Bauleitung

· Abstimmung mit Kolonnen und Nachunternehmern zu den vorgegebenen Arbeitsabläufen

· Erstellung von Fotodokumentationen, Bautagesberichten und Aufmaßen

· Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten vor dem Verfüllen der Künetten

· Unterstützung bei der Planung des Materialbedarfs und der Abstimmung von Lieferungen

· Frühzeitige Meldung von Mängeln, Behinderungen, Sicherheitsmängeln und Abweichungen an die Bauleitung

· Unterstützung bei Baustellenbegehungen und der Vorbereitung von Abnahmen

Dein Profil

· Bautechnische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im Tiefbau, Leitungsbau oder Glasfaserausbau

· Verständnis für Baustellenabläufe und technische Ausführungspläne

· Zuverlässige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

· Organisationsgeschick und klare Kommunikation

· Sicherer Umgang mit Smartphone, Tablet und digitalen Dokumentationswerkzeugen

· Gute Deutschkenntnisse für Kommunikation und Dokumentation; Kenntnisse in Bosnisch, Kroatisch oder Serbisch (BKS) sind von Vorteil.

· Führerschein B und Bereitschaft zu Baustelleneinsätzen in ganz Österreich

Deine Tätigkeit bei uns

· Abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld im österreichweiten Glasfaserausbau

· Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Bau- und Projektleitung

· Regelmäßige Einsätze vor Ort zur Unterstützung der technischen und organisatorischen Projektabwicklung

Gehalt

Bei Einstufung in A3 im 1. und 2. Gruppenjahr beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag Baugewerbe/Bauindustrie 3.593 € brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Die konkrete Einstufung richtet sich nach der tatsächlichen Tätigkeit und Qualifikation unter Berücksichtigung anrechenbarer Gruppenjahre.
