Dein Job * Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung der Bahnlogistik und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe vor Ort auf der Baustelle in Österreich oder Deutschland * Du überwachst das Logistikpersonal sowie die Fahrzeuge in enger Abstimmung mit der Logistikdisposition auf der Baustelle * Du koordinierst internes und externes Logistikpersonal und stellst eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit sicher * Du bist die erste Ansprechperson vor Ort für unsere Kunden und pflegst langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen * Du verantwortest das Wagenmanagement - von Fristenkontrolle über Umläufe bis hin zu Reinigung und Rückführung in Abstimmung mit der Logistikdisposition * Du agierst als Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Bauleitung, EVU und Werkstätten und stellst Sicherheit, Qualität und Termintreue sicher

Dein Profil * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baubereich, im Gleisbau oder in einem artverwandten Beruf * Du verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Baustellenlogistik im Gleisbau * Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung * Du bringst Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist mit * Du besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B * Du bringst die nötige Flexibilität für Reisetätigkeiten mit und bist bereit, auch in der Nacht, an Wochenenden oder Feiertagen im Einsatz zu sein * Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Jetzt bist Du am Zug! Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis (39 h) beträgt für diese Position EUR 42.000,00 Brutto/Jahr. Eine marktkonforme Überzahlung ist abhängig von Deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
