Dienstbeginn: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Kundenbetreuung im B2C und B2B Bereich (persönlich, telefonisch und per Mail),

* Aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden, insbesondere im B2B-Segment

* Fachliche Beratung von Gewerbe und Privaten im Bereich Baustoffe

* Technische Klärung von Kundenanfragen sowie Unterstützung bei Projekt- und Objektanfragen

* Erstellung und Verwaltung von Angeboten, Aufträgen, Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen

* Aktiver Verkauf von Baustoffen und Zusatzsortimenten sowie Abwicklung von Kassiervorgängen

* Selbständige Abwicklung von (Sonder-)Bestellungen, Ein- und Verkaufsseitig

* Regalbetreuung

* Pflege von Stamm- und Artikeldaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem (PCS TradeControl)

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, idealerweise im Baustoffhandel, Bauwesen oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld

* Berufserfahrung in der Baustoffberatung oder im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im B2B-Geschäft; B2CErfahrung

von Vorteil

* Fundierte Produkt- und Materialkenntnisse im Bereich Baustoffe (z. B. Hoch-/Tiefbau, Trockenbau, Dach, Fassade oder GaLa-Bau)

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber gewerblichen Kunden, Handwerksbetrieben und Planern

* Hohe Beratungskompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, Erfahrung mit "PCSTradeControl" von Vorteil.

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
