Wir suchen 1 Bautechniker/in oder Architekt/in Jobbeschreibung

Für unseren Kunden mit Sitz in Lichtenberg, der seit 1996 für höchste Kundenzufriedenheit, Qualität und verlässliches Baumanagement steht suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams ab sofort einen engagierten Bautechniker oder Architekten (m/w/d) für den Bereich Planung.

Gesucht wird ein kreativer Kopf, der sich auf die Planung vielfältigster Gebäude und Anlagen im Privat-, Gewerbe- und Wohnbau spezialisiert und Freude daran hat, eigene Ideen einzubringen und mitzugestalten.

Als Bautechniker/in oder Architekt (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Planung unterschiedlichster Bauprojekte, entwickeln Bebauungsstudien und Wohnkonzepte.

Zu Ihren verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben zählen

* Fokus auf Planung von Bauprojekten im Privat-, Gewerbe- und Wohnbau

* Erstellen von Bestands-, Einreich- und Polierplänen

* Entwicklung kreativer Lösungen und aktive Einbringung eigener Ideen

* Ganzheitliche Begleitung der Projekte von der ersten Planung bis zur Fertigstellung

Im besten Fall bringen Sie mit

* Kenntnisse in AutoCAD und/oder Archicad bzw. ARCHLine sowie Revit (Erfahrung mit Nevaris Success X von Vorteil)

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Studium oder Lehre)

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
