Wir, die Powerlines Energy Austria suchen ab sofort Sie für den Einsatz in Österreich im Bereich der Bautechnik bzw. Bauaufsicht. 1 Bautechniker_in für Projektabwicklung & Bauaufsicht im Freileitungsbau Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie im Bereich Hochspannung:

* Aktives Monitoring der Qualitäts-, Termin- und Budgetvorgaben der Projekte.

* Aufmaßerstellung für die Abrechnung im ÖNORM kompatiblen Abrechnungsprogramm sowie Rechnungskontrolle der Subfirmen.

* Beaufsichtigung Subunternehmer für Tiefbau, Stahlbau und Baukontrolle.

* Erstellung der Feldaufmaßblätter für Abrechnung.

* Dokumentation der Baufortschritte, Erstellen von Berichten.

* Unterstützung der Bauleiter und Projektleiter vor Ort sowie Teilnahme an Bau- und Projektbesprechungen.

Was Sie neben Ihrer fundierten Berufserfahrung noch mitbringen sollten:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Fachschule, HTL, FH für z.B. Tiefbau, Bautechnik, ..).

* Erfahrung in der Baubranche (Tiefbau, Stahlbau, ...), idealerweise im Freileitungsbau bzw. haben Sie bereits als Bautechniker, örtliche Bauaufsicht, Bauleiter

* Zuverlässigkeit und die Einhaltung von Zeitvorgaben sowie eigenständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein B.

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position ist ein Bruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 42.000,- / Jahr auf All-in Basis, mit der Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung, vorgesehen.
