Wir, das Architekturbüro Jakubec & Partner GmbH & Co KG, planen und realisieren seit 1999 Bauprojekte vom Wohnbau bis zum Industriebau. Wir bieten das gesamte Bauvorhaben aus einer Hand! Von der Planung und der Statik, bis zur Ausführung samt örtlicher Bauaufsicht. Wir setzen auf innovative Planung und persönliches Service.

Wir suchen per sofort 1 Bautechniker_in Hochbau Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erstellung von Studien und Entwurfskonzepten

* Erstellung von Entwurf-, Einreich-, Polier- und Detailplanungen

* Erstellung von Mengenermittlungen, Kostenschätzungen, Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie von Ausschreibungsunterlagen (ABK)

* Erstellen von Bauzeitplänen (MS Projekt)

* Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei allen Belangen der Baustellenabwicklung sowie dessen Vertretung bei kurzfristigen Abwesenheiten für klar definierte Verantwortungsbereiche

* Unterstützung der örtlichen Bauaufsicht (Angebots-/Rechnungsprüfung, Dokumentation, etc.)

* lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit den Projektbeteiligten

* kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Kundinnen

Ihr Profil:

* abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU)

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Bautechnikerin bzw. Bautechniker im Bereich Hochbau

* sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse (Nemetschek Allplan), Photoshop

* versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Interesse an neuen IT Lösungen

* sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

* Teamplayer mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und Hands-On-Mentalität

* hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit flexibler, zuverlässiger und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise

* hoher Anspruch an die Ausführungsqualitäten (genaue und termingerechte Arbeit)

* Kenntnis der einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften

* sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* abgeleisteter Präsenzdienst

* Führerschein B

Entlohnung:

* auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung 39 Std. entsprechend Kollektivvertrag A2 brutto monatlich € 2.814,00 oder A3 brutto monatlich € 3.593,00 abhängig von der Berufserfahrung

* Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich
