Werde auch du part of the family! Für unser Hochbauteam am Standort Horn suchen wir technische Unterstützung. Als Bautechniker:in arbeitest du eng mit der Bauleitung zusammen und begleitest unsere Projekte von der Vorbereitung bis zur Fertigstellung.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

Abwechslungsreiche Hochbauprojekte, ein eingespieltes Team und vielfältige Aufgaben - das erwartet dich bei uns:

* Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der technischen und organisatorischen Projektabwicklung

* Vorbereitung und Koordination der Baustellen

* Erstellung von Massenermittlungen und Abrechnungen

* Mitwirkung bei Kalkulationen sowie Ausschreibungen

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten

* Verwaltung der Projektdokumentation

* Kollaudierung und Rechnungslegung

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene HTL Bautechnik - Hochbau oder eine abgeschlossene Lehre als bautechnische Assistenz

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse am Hochbau

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Kenntnisse in iTWO von Vorteil

* Führerschein der Klasse B
