Qualitätsorientiertes Planungs- und Projektmanagementbüro, Linz (Oberösterreich) Unser Partner ist ein qualitätsorientiertes Planungs- und Projektmanagementbüro mit Sitz in Linz. 1 Bautechniker_in/Hochbauplaner_in Hier begleiten Sie anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte von der ersten Planung bis zur Umsetzung und arbeiten in einem kleinen, eingespielten Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und direktem Austausch mit der Geschäftsführung. Anders als in großen Planungsbüros arbeiten Sie nicht nur an Teilaufgaben, sondern begleiten Projekte umfassend mit hoher Eigenverantwortung. Berufseinsteiger:innen und HTL-Absolvent:innen sind herzlich willkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Entwurfs-, Einreich-, Ausführungs- und Detailplänen

* 3D-Modellierung und Visualisierung

* Eigenständige Planungsabwicklung und Behördenverfahren

* Abstimmung mit Behörden und Fachplanern

* Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen

* Unterstützung der Bauleitung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung: HTL Bautechnik, HTL Hochbau, HTL Tiefbau (mit Hochbauerfahrung), Lehre als bautechnische:r Zeichner:in, technische:r Zeichner:in oder Bauzeichner:in, Kolleg bzw. Fachschule Bautechnik, Studium Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement oder vergleichbare bautechnische Ausbildung

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse für Planungsabstimmungen, Behördenkommunikation und Dokumentation

* Berufserfahrung im Hochbau von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Wünschenswert: Archicad- und Nevaris-Kenntnisse

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und technisches Verständnis

* Freude daran, langfristig Teil eines kleinen Planungsteams zu werden
