Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Bautechniker_in / Juniorbauleiter_in Bereich Hochbau ab sofort:

Deine Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt unsere Bauleitung bei der technischen und organisatorischen Abwicklung unserer Hochbauprojekte.

* Du arbeitest bei Arbeitsvorbereitung, Terminplanung und Baustellenorganisation mit.

* Du übernimmst Massenermittlungen und unterstützt bei Abrechnung und Kostenkontrolle.

* Du bist regelmäßig direkt auf unseren Baustellen und stimmst dich mit Polieren, Auftraggebern und Projektpartnern ab.

* Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt eigene Teilbereiche und Projekte.

Das bringst du mit

* abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung, z. B. HTL Hochbau, Fachschule oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* erste Berufserfahrung im Hochbau von Vorteil - auch engagierte Berufseinsteiger*innen sind willkommen

* technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Bauabläufen

* genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen auf der Baustelle

* Eigeninitiative, Hausverstand und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

iTWO-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Du mußt noch kein fertiger Bauleiter sein - wichtig ist, dass du einer werden möchtest.
