Werden Sie Teil dieser einzigartigen Erfolgsgeschichte! 1 Bautechniker_In (m/w/d) für Bürotürme

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die bautechnische Betreuung anspruchsvoller Immobilienprojekte mit Schwerpunkt auf modernen Bürogebäuden und Bürotürmen. Neben Büroimmobilien erwartet Sie zudem ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld über weitere Assetklassen hinweg.

* komplette technische und administrative Koordination einzelner Bauvorhaben

* Begutachtung der Objekte und Ausarbeitung eines Sanierungs- oder Adaptierungsvorschlages

* Erarbeitung von Entwürfen in Zusammenarbeit mit der hausinternen Planungsabteilung unter Berücksichtigung der speziellen Gegebenheiten in modernen Bürotürmen.

* Erstellung von Grobkostenschätzungen und Terminplänen

* Angebotsprüfung, Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie Vergabevorschlägen gemeinsam mit dem örtlichen Facility Management sowie Anpassung der komplexen Haustechnik

* Baubegleitung mit Qualitätskontrolle, Rechnungs- und Kostenkontrolle und Projektdokumentation

* Erstellung eines Instandhaltungsbudgets für die einzelnen Objekte

* Enge Kooperation mit Behörden und Sonderfachleuten, externen Planer*innen sowie den internen Bereichen Immobilienverwaltung und -vermittlung

Sie bringen mit

* abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, Uni/FH, Fachkolleg)

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke im direkten Kontakt mit Kund*innen, externen Partner*innen und Behörden

* eigenverantwortlicher, lösungsorientierter und strukturierter Arbeitsstil

* Einsatzfreude und Zuverlässigkeit

Unser Angebot

VERGÜTUNG: Wir richten uns nach der Gehaltsordnung des KV für Immobilienverwalter, Angestellte gültig ab dem 01.04.2026 und bieten ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 2.800 für 40 Stunden an. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine weitere Überzahlung möglich.
