Du brennst für präzise Planung und möchtest anspruchsvolle Industrieprojekte im Hochbau aktiv mitgestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Zur Verstärkung unseres CSA Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit fundierter mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Detailplanung und Ausschreibung, die den Umgang mit Ausschreibungssoftware sicher beherrscht.

Deine Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Ausschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Mitwirkung bei Vergaben und Kostenvergleichen

* Mitarbeit bei Erstellung von Konstruktions-, Detail- und Ausführungszeichnungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer, bauphysikalischer und normativer Anforderungen.

* Mitwirkung bei Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminkontrolle

* Unterstützung bei der Koordination der ausführenden Firmen und Projektbeteiligten

Das solltest du mitbringen

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bautechnik mit Schwerpunkt Hochbau

* Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise bei Großprojekten

* Fundierter und sicherer Umgang mit Ausschreibungssoftwares (RIB iTWO)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD-Software (REVIT von Vorteil)

* Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Detail- und Ausführungsplänen

* Technisches Verständnis, Genauigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

* Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
