Wir möchten gerne unser bestehendes Team verstärken, diesbezüglich können wir Ihnen nachstehendes Stellenangebot anbieten: 1 Bautechniker_in - Sanierungstechnik *** Vollzeit (39 Std./Wo.) / Einsatzgebiet: Bezirk Gmunden und angrenzende Bezirke / Arbeitsbeginn: nach Vereinbarung, bzw. ab sofort möglich

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Selbstständige Abwicklung unserer Trocknungs-, Brand- und Sanierungsbaustellen

* Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie Koordination unserer eigenen Handwerker

* Erstellung von Aufmaß, Angebot sowie Abrechnung

* Kundenbetreuung unserer langjährigen Auftraggeber, Hausverwaltungen, Versicherungen und Privatkunden

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Bauhandwerkerschule o.Ä.)

* Eigenverantwortung sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse, seriöses Auftreten sowie Aufgeschlossenheit bei Kundenkontakt

* Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion

* Branchenkenntnisse von Vorteil, jedoch keine Verpflichtung

* Führerschein B

* abgeschlossener Präsenzdienst

* EDV-Kenntnisse, MS-Office und Grundanwendungen Computerprogramme
