Standort: St. Michael im Lungau

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen

* Du unterstützt die Bauleitung bei der kaufmännischen und technischen Abwicklung unserer Projekte mit Schwerpunkt Kanalsanierung

* Du führst Massenermittlung und Vermessungsarbeiten vor Ort auf den Baustellen durch und überprüfst die

auftraggeberseitigen Baupläne

* Du fertigst Abrechnungspläne und/oder Detailpläne zur weiteren Verwendung für unsere Bauleitung/Kunden/Poliere an

* Du kümmerst dich um die Baustellen-Abrechnung und kontrollierst gemeinsam mit der Bauleitung die Bauausführung und den Baufortschritt

* Du unterstützt die Bauleitung bei der Rechnungskontrolle von Subunternehmern und Lieferanten

* Dein interessantes Aufgabenfeld wird durch ein regelmäßiges Projektcontrolling und die damit verbundene Unterstützung bei der Kostenrechnung abgerundet

Am besten passt du zu uns, wenn du folgendes Profil mitbringst

* Du hast eine höhere bautechnische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL/FH/ Uni) abgeschlossen

* Du verfügst idealerweise über Berufserfahrung als Bautechniker:in und gute Kenntnisse branchenbezogener Software (Auer, iTwo, MS-Office)

* Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit den Großteil deiner Arbeitszeit auf unseren Baustellen

Das kollektivvertragliche Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt ab EUR 50.302,-. Das tatsächliche Gehalt vereinbaren wir marktkonform, entsprechend deiner beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung, gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch mit dir.
