Seit 1993 schaffen wir täglich die technischen Voraussetzungen, damit Patient*innen bestmöglich versorgt werden - in einem der größten Krankenhäuser Europas, dem Universitätsklinikum AKH Wien.

Mit über 1.400 Mitarbeiter*innen aus 36 unterschiedlichen Gewerken sorgen wir für einen reibungslosen Betrieb, betreuen mehr als 50.000 Medizintechnikgeräte und halten eine hochkomplexe Krankenhausinfrastruktur am Laufen - 24h/365 Tage im Jahr.

Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen 1 Bautechniker mit Fokus Störungsbehebung sowie Projektkoordination (m/w/d) UNSER Auftrag

Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Koordination von Instandhaltungs-, Sanierungs- und Umbauprojekten im laufenden Krankenhausbetrieb

Technische und organisatorische Betreuung von Störungsbehebungen in sensiblen Betriebsbereichen

Abstimmung mit medizinischen Nutzern, Instituten, Kliniken und technischen Fachabteilungen

Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Projektabwicklung

Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen, Budgetplanungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen

Durchführung von Baubesprechungen sowie Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter

Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Betriebsanforderungen im Krankenhausumfeld

Laufende Dokumentation, Berichtswesen und Projektnachverfolgung

EUER Beitrag

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL Hochbau/Tiefbau, Werkmeister Bauwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Bau-, Instandhaltungs- oder Sanierungsprojekten

Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer paralleler Maßnahmen und Projekte

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten

Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit sensiblen Nutzern und Betriebsbereichen

Erfahrung in Kostenplanung, Budgetverantwortung, Angebotsprüfung und Rechnungskontrolle

Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Richtlinien (ÖNORMen, Bauordnung, Arbeitnehmerschutz, Brandschutz)

Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Hohe Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck Prioritäten richtig zu setzen

DEINE Zukunft*

Das Monatsentgelt beträgt auf Basis der definierten Anforderungen mindestens € 3.893,09 (14x pro Jahr).Ihr individuelles Vergütungspaket wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung gestaltet. Gemeinsam mit Ihnen legen wir in persönlichen Gesprächen eine maßgeschneiderte Vereinbarung fest.
