Die Abteilung Bestandsmodellierung beschäftigt sich mit der Digitalisierung des Bestandes der Wohnhausanlagen von Stadt Wien - Wiener Wohnen in 3D. Mittels georeferenzierter 3D-Laserscans und anschließender 3D-Modellierung der Wohnhausanlagen werden die ersten Schritte zu einem digitalen Zwilling des Wiener Gemeindebaus gesetzt.

Deine Aufgaben * Die eigenständige Prüfung von Konsensunterlagen der MA 37 sowie die Bestandsaufnahme von Wohnhausanlagen zählen zu deinem Hautverantwortungsbereich. * Dabei führst du eine präzise Dokumentation des tatsächlichen Baubestands mit modernster 3D-Messtechnik (Punktwolke) durch. * Auch die Erstellung der dazugehörigen Bestandsmodelle und -pläne mittels ArchiCAD (BIM) und die Eintragung von Konsensabweichungen im Modell bzw. Plan zählen zu deinem Arbeitsalltag.

Das bringst du mit * Deine bautechnische Ausbildung und die mind. fünfjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung von BIM- und 3D-Modellierungen in ArchiCAD stellen sicher, dass du Aufgaben schnell selbstständig übernehmen kannst. * Durch dein umfassendes Knowhow und die Anwendung von normgerechten Planerstellungen und deinen Kenntnissen der relevanten Normen, Gesetze und Richtlinien findest du dich in deinem Arbeitsalltag schnell zurecht. * Wenn du auch noch Praxiswissen von 3D-Messtechniken (Punktwolke) mitbringst, bist du perfekt für diese Stelle. * Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office wird aufgrund des modernen Arbeitsumfelds und für ein flexibles Miteinander vorausgesetzt. * Diese Eigenschaften bringst du zusätzlich mit: Teamfähigkeit, Proaktivität und Lösungsorientierung

Bei Erfüllung der geforderten Kriterien liegt das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position bei mind. 40.000 Euro mit der Möglichkeit auf Überzahlung.
