Je spreekt met iedereen! Jouw positie binnen het bedrijf is centraal om onze klanten heen. Jij vertaald de behoefte en geeft de juiste collega's het verzoek door! De gehele dag kan de telefoon gaan. En daarom is het handig als je goed kan schakelen. Want naast de telefoon ben je ook bezig met het opvolgen van mailtjes, het doorvoeren van verbeteringen in de customer Journey. Het herkennen van kansen in ons CRM. Kleine verbeteringen doorvoeren aan de website. Video's maken samen met marketing afdeling. Wie zoeken wij? Vind jij het leuk om klanten te spreken? Kan je goed inschatten of je veel moet praten of juist goed moet luisteren? Een klant moet overtuigen of juist laten kiezen? Dan zoeken we jou! Omgaan met mensen in deze positie vraagt om een heel goed afgesteld radar. Een stilte laten vallen op het juiste moment kan soms het verschil maken tussen wel een geen bezoek bij de klant op locatie.
