BBL ICT System Engineer Dagen per week 5 Uren per week 40 Locatie Schiedam Wil je leren door te doen en tegelijk bouwen aan een toekomst in ICT? Bij KH Engineering werk je mee op onze interne ICT-afdeling en ondersteun je collega's bij het dagelijks gebruik van werkplekken, systemen, applicaties en IT-middelen. Je krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's en past de theorie uit je mbo-opleiding direct toe in de praktijk. Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt incidenten, serviceverzoeken en gebruikersvragen aan en helpt deze correct en tijdig af te handelen. - Je ondersteunt bij het installeren, configureren en onderhouden van laptops, werkplekken, randapparatuur, accounts en standaardapplicaties. - Je registreert meldingen en uitgevoerde acties zorgvuldig in het ticketsysteem en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je helpt bij de uitgifte, registratie en inname van hardware en andere IT-middelen. - Je ondersteunt bij gebruikersrechten, software, licenties en operationele IT-processen. - Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en denkt mee over praktische verbeteringen. - Je houdt gebruikers duidelijk op de hoogte van de status en oplossing van hun melding. Wat leer je bij ons? - Werken in een professionele ICT-omgeving met verschillende gebruikers, systemen en applicaties. - Storingen analyseren, prioriteiten bepalen en passende oplossingen uitvoeren of escaleren. - Klantgericht communiceren met collega's die verschillende niveaus van ICT-kennis hebben. - Gestructureerd documenteren en zorgvuldig omgaan met apparatuur, accounts, rechten en informatie. - Steeds zelfstandiger werken binnen eerstelijns en operationele ICT-ondersteuning. Wat breng je mee? - Je volgt, of gaat starten met, de BBL-opleiding ICT System Engineer op mbo niveau 4 of een aantoonbaar vergelijkbare BBL-opleiding. - Je werkt in beginsel vier dagen per week bij ons op kantoor in Schiedam.
