Dan is dit jouw kans. Als BBL leerling industrieel monteur in Rotterdam leer je het vak gewoon op de werkvloer. Je werkt mee aan montage, onderhoud, revisie en technische projecten in de industrie. Samen met ervaren monteurs zorg jij ervoor dat machines en installaties goed blijven draaien. Wat ga je doen? Als BBL leerling industrieel monteur werk je samen met ervaren monteurs aan machines en installaties in de industrie. De ene dag werk je in de werkplaats en de andere dag ga je mee naar een project in bijvoorbeeld Rotterdam Botlek of Rotterdam Europoort . Je leert het vak vooral door het gewoon te doen. Denk aan: - machines en onderdelen monteren en demonteren; - onderhoud uitvoeren aan industriële installaties; - onderdelen controleren, vervangen en reviseren; - helpen bij het oplossen van technische storingen; - werken aan transportsystemen, pompen, machines en constructies; - technische tekeningen leren lezen; - veilig werken op industriële locaties. Je begint natuurlijk niet meteen alleen. Een ervaren monteur neemt jou mee en leert je steeds meer. Hoe meer jij kunt, hoe meer werkzaamheden je zelfstandig mag uitvoeren. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je werkdag begint vroeg. Samen met je collega's bespreek je eerst wat er die dag moet gebeuren. Vandaag staat er bijvoorbeeld onderhoud aan een grote machine op de planning. Jullie halen onderdelen uit elkaar, controleren wat versleten is en vervangen waar nodig onderdelen. Daarna wordt alles weer opgebouwd en getest. De volgende dag kan compleet anders zijn. Misschien ga je naar een klant in de Botlek waar een installatie stil ligt of help je mee met het plaatsen van een nieuw transportsysteem. Geen dag hetzelfde dus. En heb je iets nog nooit gedaan?
