Als BBL-leerling in Leeuwarden leer je het vak vooral in de praktijk en werk je tegelijkertijd aan je mbo-diploma. Bouw mee aan gave projecten en ontdek waar jouw talent in de techniek ligt! Wat ga je doen? Als BBL-leerling binnen de las- en metaaltechniek leer je het vak vooral door zelf aan de slag te gaan. Je werkt vier dagen per week bij een metaalbedrijf in de regio Leeuwarden, waar je direct praktijkervaring opdoet. Eén dag per week ga je naar school voor de mbo-opleiding Productietechniek op niveau 2 of 3. Tijdens het traject ontdek je verschillende kanten van de metaaltechniek. Je leert nieuwe technieken, werkt aan uiteenlopende opdrachten en komt er gaandeweg achter welke werkzaamheden het beste bij jou passen. Zo kun je jezelf steeds verder ontwikkelen richting bijvoorbeeld lassen of metaalbewerking. Op de werkvloer werk je met verschillende soorten metaal, waaronder staal, RVS en aluminium. Je draagt bij aan het maken en monteren van constructies die worden gebruikt voor bijvoorbeeld machines, schepen en voertuigen. Ook krijg je te maken met onderhoud, reparaties en diverse productiewerkzaamheden. Je gaat onder andere aan de slag met: - Lassen met verschillende technieken, zoals MIG, MAG en TIG - Werken vanaf technische tekeningen en deze leren begrijpen - Op maat maken en afwerken van metalen onderdelen door te zagen, boren en slijpen - Bewerken en vormen van metaal met verschillende technieken en machines - Veilig werken met professioneel gereedschap en moderne productieapparatuur Door steeds meer zelfstandig uit te voeren, bouw je tijdens je BBL-opleiding waardevolle kennis en ervaring op. Zo groei je stap voor stap uit tot een veelzijdige technisch specialist binnen de metaalbranche. Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
