In dit opleidingstraject leer je vier dagen per week het vak in de praktijk terwijl je werkt aan grote schepen. Je verdient salaris, haalt je MBO-diploma en kiest zelf of je je wilt specialiseren als lasser of als allround medewerker in de metaal! Wat ga je doen? In dit BBL-traject word je opgeleid tot een specialist in metaalbewerking! Vier dagen per week leer je het vak bij een scheepswerf vlakbij Harlingen, en de vijfde dag ga je naar school om de opleiding (allround) medewerker productietechniek te volgen. Dit kan op MBO-niveau 2, 3 of 4. Samen met je collega's knap je diverse schepen op, onderhoud je ze en voer je reparaties uit. Je leert alles over metaalbewerking en wordt opgeleid tot een specialist. De ene dag werk je aan een vrachtschip van 100 meter lang, de andere dag aan een veerboot. In dit BBL-traject kun je je specialiseren als metaalbewerker of lasser, de keuze is aan jou! - Specialisatie lassen : Je werkzaamheden bestaan voor 90% uit MIG/MAG-lassen, zowel in de werkplaats als op het schip zelf. Daarnaast help je met voorbereidende werkzaamheden zoals slijpen en boren, en leer je technische tekeningen lezen. - Specialisatie metaalbewerking: Je gaat aan de slag met metaal, waarbij je taken heel divers zijn. Je leert branden, samenstellen vanaf technische tekeningen, boren, slijpen, verspanen, zagen, lassen en nog veel meer. Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Salaris van €1026 (16 jaar) tot €2600 (21+) Bruto per maand - Betaalde mbo-opleiding + extra certificaten (lassen, VCA, heftruck) - Doorgroeien tot specialist (lasser of allround metaalbewerker) - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km - 25 vakantiedagen + vakantiegeld Maar dat is nog niet alles: - Je werkt met modern gereedschap aan echte schepen - Je krijgt een vaste leermeester die je alles leert ...
