- Stagiairs - Stage BBL leerling verspaner (Dutch-speaking only) Beschrijving Wil jij leren hoe je met moderne CNC-machines de meest nauwkeurige metalen onderdelen maakt? ⚙ Als BBL leerling verspaner in Leeuwarden combineer je werken, leren en salaris verdienen. Bouw aan je mbo-diploma en word stap voor stap een echte vakspecialist! Wat ga je doen? Als BBL leerling verspaner in Leeuwarden leer je het vak vooral door het gewoon te doen. Vier dagen per week werk je mee bij een metaalbewerkingsbedrijf en één dag per week volg je de mbo-opleiding Medewerker Productietechniek op niveau 2, 3 of 4. Zo doe je waardevolle werkervaring op terwijl je tegelijkertijd werkt aan je diploma. Op de werkvloer ontdek je stap voor stap hoe je met moderne machines nauwkeurige onderdelen van metaal produceert. Je krijgt daarbij ook te maken met CNC-techniek. Onder begeleiding van ervaren vakmensen leer je onder andere: - Werken met draai-, frees- en boormachines - Tekeningen en technische instructies begrijpen - CNC-machines instellen en leren programmeren - Metingen uitvoeren en de kwaliteit van onderdelen controleren - Zorgvuldig werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsregels - Apparatuur onderhouden en waar nodig bijstellen Wat jij maakt, komt uiteindelijk op allerlei plekken terecht. De metalen onderdelen worden bijvoorbeeld toegepast binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, maakindustrie, energiesector en farmacie. Met dit BBL-traject ontwikkel je jezelf in de praktijk tot een technisch vakman. Je leert verschillende bewerkingstechnieken, doet direct ervaring op en legt tegelijkertijd een sterke basis voor jouw verdere loopbaan in de metaaltechniek.
