Wat je gaat doen Als BBL'er bij Vredenoord krijg je een unieke kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen in de ouderenzorg terwijl je werkt én leert. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's pas je de theorie direct toe in de praktijk en volg je één dag per week les. Samen met jou en je opleiding bepalen we op welke afdeling je start en wie jouw werkbegeleider wordt. Na een jaar zit je rugzak vol nieuwe ervaringen en mooie verhalen, en stap je vol vertrouwen over naar een andere afdeling waar een nieuw team klaarstaat om jou verder te begeleiden in je groei als zorgprofessional. Wat je meeneemt - Je volgt een opleiding tot Verzorgende IG of je bent bereid om deze te gaan volgen. - Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en gemotiveerd om bij ons aan de slag te gaan. - Je hebt een gastvrije, open instelling en kunt goed in teamverband werken. - Je wilt ouderen elke dag een mooie dag bezorgen. Dit bieden we jou - Salaris van minimaal € 2.663,54 tot maximaal € 3.592,96 per maand bij een werkweek van 36 uur (FWG 35, cao VVT). - Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. - 29,66 verlofdagen per jaar bij een werkweek van 36 uur. - Goede pensioenregeling bij het Pensioenfonds voor Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW). - Buiten de cao VVT om vergoeden wij € 0,25 per kilometer voor al je woon-werkverkeer, zonder kilometerbeperking. - Veel mogelijkheden voor doorgroei, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het volgen van opleidingen. - Een unieke, kleinschalige werkplek met korte lijnen. - Grote mate van zelfstandigheid in je taken...
