Leren en werken gaan hand in hand. Dat betekent dat je gedurende je opleiding steeds meer werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden zelfstandig kan oppakken. In alles wat je doet, staat de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt voorop. We nemen taken niet zomaar over, maar kijken samen wat iemand zelf nog kan of weer kan, eventueel met behulp van naasten of slimme hulpmiddelen. Hierbij werken we volgens het principe van reablement: een actieve manier van ondersteunen die erop gericht is om vaardigheden (opnieuw) aan te leren. Je ondersteunt cliënten om zo lang en zelfstandig mogelijk de regie over hun eigen leven te behouden. Bij ons word je dan ook opgeleid voor de zorg van de toekomst. Je leert flexibel en integraal te kijken, waarbij welzijn, eigen regie en de inzet van slimme zorgtechnologie centraal staan. Juist door deze dynamische combinatie van wijk- en woonzorg ontwikkel jij je tot een breed inzetbare en veerkrachtige zorgprofessional. Daarom werken we met een opleidingscarrousel. Dit betekent dat je tijdens je opleiding verschillende leerwerkplekken doorloopt om zo met alle aspecten van de ouderenzorg kennis te maken. Over de opleiding Kies je voor de tweejarige BBL-opleiding Verzorgende IG (niveau 3)? Dan combineer je werken en leren op een praktische manier. - Werktijd: Je werkt 20 uur per week in de zorg. - Onderwijs: Je volgt daarnaast 1 dag per week onderwijs. - Zelfstudie: Houd rekening met gemiddeld 10 tot 12 uur studiebelasting in je eigen tijd.
