Bij Gamma Vlaardingen kan het. Als parttime BBL Retailmedewerker werk je 4 dagen in onze bouwmarkt en ga je gemiddeld 1 dag in de 2 weken naar school, volledig onder werktijd en op onze kosten. Je leert alles over klantcontact, producten en verkoop. Ondertussen werk je aan je toekomst in de Retail én krijg je gewoon salaris. Wat doe je als BBL Retailmedewerker? In deze leer-werkfunctie leer je alles wat je nodig hebt om een klantgerichte winkelmedewerker te worden. Je: • Helpt klanten met vragen over hun klus en de juiste producten • Leert hoe je een goed verkoopgesprek voert en professioneel advies geeft • Zorgt dat de winkel netjes, overzichtelijk en goed aangevuld is • Verwerkt leveringen, aanvulling en online bestellingen • Volgt lesdagen bij een erkende opleiding (onder werktijd, met doorbetaling) Wat moet je kunnen of willen leren? Voor deze BBL-functie hoef je nog geen ervaring te hebben. Wel verwachten we dat je: • Minimaal 18 jaar bent en de Nederlandse taal spreekt • Leergierig bent en graag aan de slag wilt in de Retail • Interesse hebt in bouwmaterialen, klussen of verkoop • Flexibel inzetbaar bent, ook in de avond of het weekend (in overleg) Wat krijg je van ons? • Een flexibel rooster van 24-32 uur per week, afgestemd op jouw beschikbaarheid • Een betaalde BBL-opleiding Retailmedewerker (niveau 2) • Bruto salaris tot € 2.578 per maand (afhankelijk van je leeftijd en ervaring) • Schooldagen volledig doorbetaald (gemiddeld 1 per 2 weken) • Toeslagen voor werken op zon- en feestdagen • 20% personeelskorting op je aankopen bij GAMMA Werken bij GAMMA - de klus begint bij jou Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen.
