Kies dan voor de parttime BBL-opleiding Retailspecialist bij Gamma Vlaardingen. Je werkt vier dagen per week in de bouwmarkt en volgt één keer per twee weken les, onder werktijd en volledig betaald. Je leert klantgericht werken, commerciële kansen benutten en samenwerken met collega's. Tegelijk ontwikkel je vaardigheden om in de toekomst leiding te geven aan een team of afdeling. Wat doe je als BBL Retailspecialist? In deze leer-werkfunctie staat praktijkgericht leren centraal: • Klanten adviseren met passende oplossingen en productinformatie • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een specifieke productgroep • Ondersteunen bij het aansturen van collega's op de winkelvloer • Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke, overzichtelijke winkelpresentatie • Volgen van lesdagen via een erkende mbo 3-opleiding (volledig in werktijd, 1 dag per 2 weken) Wat moet je kunnen of willen leren? Voor deze opleiding hoef je nog geen leidinggevende ervaring te hebben, wél de ambitie. Wij zoeken iemand die: • Minimaal 18 jaar is en de Nederlandse taal goed beheerst • Interesse heeft in verkoop, Retail én een volgende stap wil maken • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en overzicht kan bewaren • Leergierig, zelfstandig en flexibel inzetbaar is (ook 's avonds of in het weekend) Wat krijg je van ons? • Een flexibel rooster van 24-32 uur per week, afgestemd op jouw beschikbaarheid • Een volledig betaalde BBL-opleiding Retailspecialist (mbo-niveau 3) • Brutosalaris tot € 2.578 per maand, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring • Betaalde lestijd: gemiddeld 1 dag per 2 weken in werktijd • Toeslagen voor werken op zon- en feestdagen • 20% personeelskorting op je aankopen bij GAMMA Werken bij GAMMA - de klus begint bij jou ...
