Word leerling Monteur en ontdek het installatie vak in de praktijk! Stel je voor: het is net na de zomervakantie. Je vrienden gaan terug naar school: hele dagen in de klas, boeken vol theorie, toetsen en stilzitten. Maar jij niet. Elke ochtend trek jij je werkkleding aan en ga je samen met een collega op pad naar een project in de woningbouw. Je werkt aan het aanleggen van installaties in zowel nieuwbouwwoningen als renovatieprojecten. Denk aan het aanleggen van leidingen voor sanitair en/of elektra, het installeren van verwarmings- en ventilatiesystemen en niet te vergeten van duurzame energie-oplossingen zoals zonnepanelen en warmtepompen. Als leerling-monteur leer je van ervaren vakmensen en krijg je alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je krijgt praktische ervaring, waarbij je stapsgewijs leert hoe je installaties monteert, leidingen legt en systemen operationeel maakt. Welkom bij Otte Installaties. Hoe werkt het? Via onze partner Firda volg je een BBL-opleiding werktuigkundige installaties: Je werkt 4 dagen per week in de praktijk, op mooie projecten. Je gaat 1 dag per week naar school, zodat je ook je diploma haalt. En ja: je wordt voor al die dagen betaald. Je leert van collega’s die ooit precies stonden waar jij nu staat. Die weten hoe spannend het kan zijn om iets nieuws te leren – maar die jou er doorheen helpen. Je maakt fouten en leert daarvan, je stelt vragen, en elke week kun je meer dan de week ervoor.
