De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als bediende aankoop?

  • Je beheert en behandelt dossiers en gegevens
  • Dankzij jou is er een efficiënt, nauwkeurig en klantgericht aankoop- en transportproces
  • Je verzamelt, voltooit en verwerkt de gegevens van aangekochte vrachtwagens en integreert de software
  • Bij het ontbreken van documenten neem je contact op met leveranciers van vrachtwagens, regel je de bijbehorende administratieve benodigdheden en zorg je ervoor dat alles tijdig bij de administratie terechtkomt
  • Wanneer je collega's op baan zijn, ontvang je klanten en beantwoord je hun vragen

  • Jij hebt een bachelordiploma of hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring
  • Administratief gezien ben je enorm sterk en kan je goed je plan trekken
  • Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans
  • Je geniet er van om anderen te ondersteunen waar mogelijk
  • In multitasken blink je heel erg uit, je geniet er van om verschillende balletjes hoog te houden
