Na een grondige technische en commerciële opleiding ken je de producten door en door.

Je wordt actief in betalingsverkeer en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten.

Doel van de functie is klantvriendelijk verwelkomen en bedienen van klanten.

Via pro-actieve en re-actieve gesprekken detecteer je opportuniteiten en werk je aan klantgerichte oplossingen .

Werken aan een hoge klantentevredenheid is belangrijk.

  • Je voert gesprekken met onze klanten. Hierbij gebruik je je kennis op alle domeinen van een bank-verzekeraar.
  • Je hebt voor alle domeinen een basiskennis onder de knie en verwijst door naar experts waar nodig
  • Je bent in staat om een 360° bancaire service te geven aan alle klanten
  • Je belt klanten op en nodigt ze uit voor een gesprek
  • Je bent mee met de digitale evolutie en kan dit overdragen op je collega’s en klanten
  • Je streeft maximale klantenservice na.
  • U beschikt minimum over een bachelor diploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
  • Klantgerichtheid staat bij jou hoog aangeschreven
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een commerciële ingesteldheid
  • Je bent enthousiast en communicatief
  • Je bent flexibel en sociaalvaardig
  • Je bent stressbestendig
  • Je onderhoudt graag contacten
