Gosselingroup Centrale planning terminal voor het versterken van het team Wil je aan de slag als Bediende Checkpoint voor de Logistics afdeling bij Gosselin ? Ben je graag het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en sta je graag in voor de administratie betreffende alle inkomende en uitgaande containerbewegingen? Dan hebben we goed nieuws! Voor onze vestiging te Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een Bediende Checkpoint .. Doelstelling: Je registreert en controleert alle inkomende en uitgaande containerbewegingen in het bedrijfseigen GTR systeem. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het baliewerk, je ontvangt chauffeurs en helpt hen verder zodat de correcte informatie doorgegeven kan worden aan onze stacker-chauffeurs. Dit alles zodat een stock controle en overzicht kan bekomen worden van de situatie op onze containerterminal. Jobinhoud: - Je staat in voor het in ontvangst nemen van containers (baliewerk). Je voert communicatie met interne en externe klanten maar ook transporteurs en stacker-chauffeurs i.v.m. onze containerterminal activiteiten; - Je controleert de inkomende containers fysiek op schade en rapporteert aan de terminal supervisor; - Je geeft de inkomende/uitgaande containers correct én tijdig in en staat in communicatie met onze klanten. Je zorgt daarbij voor een correcte registratie in het daarbij horende computersysteem; - Je maakt laad- en loslijsten op volgens de nodige prioriteiten, volgt de input op in het GTR systeem. Jouw talenten: - Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring opgedaan op een container terminal of depot en/of hebt een sectorspecifieke opleiding genoten; - Je bent communicatief en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, extra talenkennis is een pluspunt; - Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken; - Je bent flexibel naar werkuren toe (shiften) - vroege, dag, late - werkuren liggen tussen 06u-20u; - Je bent fysiek in de mogelijkheid om containers open te doen en te controleren.
