Bediende commerciële binnendienst | KMO Zwijndrecht

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een groothandel in Zwijndrecht zijn we op zoek naar een Commercieel bediende.

Na opleiding kan je zelfstandig de bestaande klantenportefeuille beheren en ga je ook proactief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten.

Je hebt een zeer goede talenkennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels. De klanten zijn grotendeels in de Benelux, maar zeker 10% is internationaal en uiteraard willen we blijven groeien!

Je bent commercieel ingesteld en houdt van bellen. Dit is belangrijk naar opvolging toe van de dossiers.

Je staat meestal de klanten te woord per mail of telefonisch. Sporadisch kan het zijn dat er iemand langskomt op kantoor.

Op termijn kan je ook kiezen om vergaderingen met (nieuwe) partners bij te wonen.

Dit is een voltijdse functie met daguren van 08u30-17u en op vrijdag start je weekend al om 15u30.

Je werkt nauw samen met zo'n 3 tal andere collega's en ook de verantwoordelijke.

PROFIEL

  • Ervaring in een commerciële functie is een meerwaarde, alsook een stabiel werkverleden vindt onze klant van belang.
  • Je hebt een positieve én proactieve ingesteldheid en bent voor de vooruit
  • Je hebt een vlotte talenkennis en durft ook klantencontact te hebben in het Frans en Engels.
  • Bovenvermelde daguren te Zwijndrecht lukken voor jou prima
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en bent vlot & commercieel
  • Je houdt van koude telefoonprospectie om zo je klantenportefeuille uit te breiden
  • Je bent computervaardig en kunt vlot overweg met een ERP systeem, dit kan uiteraard aangeleerd worden.
