Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn een gekende internationale speler en zijn constant bezig met innovatie. Door onze innovatieve denkwijze kunnen we stellen dat we na al die jaren nog steeds in volle groei zitten! Wij zijn vooral actief in de travel en food sector zoals luchtvaart, treinsector, hotels,.. Onze dienbladen, bekers en bestek zal je zeker terugvinden bij een heel aantal luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Omdat we in volle groei zitten zijn we op zoek naar een bediende op onze customer service afdeling om Europa te vertegenwoordigen.

Wat zal je doen?

Als customer service representative ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten uit Europa. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles rond hun bestellingen vlot verloopt.

  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het orderproces van A-Z.
  • Wanneer een klant zijn order doorgeeft begin jij met deze in te geven in ons systeem.
  • Nadien zorg je ervoor dat de order in productie gaat en volg je dit volledig op van start tot verzending.
  • Jij bent volledig verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie naar jouw klant toe. Wanneer deze in productie gaat, wanneer deze in het magazijn gaat, verzonden is,..
  • Ook indien er vertragingen zijn, hou jij je klant op de hoogte.
  • Loopt er iets fout? bv. een product defect, niet het juiste aantal,.. Dan ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze klant.

Wanneer zal je werken? Wij werken telkens van maandag tot vrijdag. We staan wel open voor kandidaten die 4/5de willen werken. Per week werk jij 38.5u en bouw je 12 ADV dagen op. Je kan bij ons flexibel starten tussen 7u en 9u30. Na een inwerkperiode kan je maximum 3 dagen van thuis uit werken.

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels vermits jouw job een internationaal karakter heeft! Verder spreek je ook zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Bachelor denkniveau en bij voorkeur een eerste commerciële ervaring
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP, Navision,...) is een grote meerwaarde
