Ben jij een Excel-krak die houdt van de combinatie van data, IT en praktische werkzaamheden? Dan hebben we een uitdagende rol voor jou bij een stabiele en gespecialiseerde speler in mailing en fulfilment.

  • Ben je IT-minded en werk je graag met verschillende systemen?
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en heb je oog voor detail?

In deze veelzijdige functie ga je aan de slag met het verwerken en productieklaar maken van verschillende databestanden. Je zorgt ervoor dat adresbestanden correct worden verwerkt en dat alles technisch klaarstaat voor de verdere productie.

Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Importeren, converteren en uniform maken van adresbestanden
  • Controleren, bewerken en opschonen van bestanden
  • Uitvoeren van sorteringen en selectiequeries
  • Mailmerge en dataverwerkingen uitvoeren
  • Data-entry en bestanden voorbereiden voor productie
  • Adressen printen op omslagen
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van laser- en inkjetprinters
  • Printers bijvullen en eenvoudige instellingen uitvoeren
  • Printwerk controleren en voorbereiden voor de verdere productie

Je bent dus niet enkel bezig met administratie; je zorgt ervoor dat data uiteindelijk correct in de fysieke mailing terechtkomt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die zowel met computers als met praktische toepassingen werkt. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met data en bent in staat om verschillende systemen effectief te gebruiken.

  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel is een must
  • IT-minded en ervaring met verschillende systemen
  • Nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail
  • Analytisch ingesteld en snel in het opmerken van fouten
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een teamspeler
  • In staat om vlot te leren werken met nieuwe software en systemen
  • Praktisch ingesteld en bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
