Een gevarieerd en boeiend takenpakket:

-In samenwerking met je HR-collega’s en het sociaal secretariaat sta je in voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking van een 800-tal bedienden en arbeiders.

-Je volgt de personeelsadministratie op van in- en uitdiensttreding: Opmaak contracten, sociale documenten, …

-Je voert de dagelijkse personeelsadministratie uit en houdt de personeelsgegevens up-to-date

-Je maakt de nodige rapportering van uit het Payrollsysteem en Excel

-Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten m.b.t. payroll en sociaaljuridische kwesties

-Controle uitvoeren op de administratieve vereisten voor subsidies die verband houden met het personeel.

-Naast personeelsbeleid ben je ook bereid bij te springen in de boekhoudkundige administratie.

-Zorgdragen voor een correcte boekhoudkundige afsluiting van subsidies.

-Opstellen van de nodige rapporten en documentatie voor subsidieaanvragen en verantwoording.

-Bewaken van deadlines en het tijdig indienen van subsidieaanvragen en verantwoordingen.

Jouw Profiel

-Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

-Je hebt min 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een payroll functie

-Je hebt goede kennis van HR Processen en denkt proactief na over lange termijn oplossingen om deze te verbeteren.

-Je staat ook open voor boekhoudkundige administratie.

-Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office. Kennis van E Blox en/of Exact is een meerwaarde

-Je bent loyaal, discreet en plichtsbewust

- Je bent cijfermatig en analytisch aangelegd
