The posting

In deze functie maak je deel uit van het team leveranciersboekhouding en bied je boekhoudkundige en administratieve ondersteuning bij de verwerking van aankoopfacturen. Na een grondige opleiding neem je stap voor stap een gevarieerd takenpakket op binnen een warm en gedreven team.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en denkt graag mee over een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van leveranciersfacturen.

Jouw takenpakket:

• Je behandelt en boekt inkomende aankoopfacturen in.

• Je controleert ontvangen facturen aan de hand van de opgemaakte bestelbonnen.

• Bij afwijkingen neem je contact op met de betrokken interne afdeling of leverancier.

• Je zorgt voor een correcte algemene en analytische boekhoudkundige verwerking van aankoopfacturen.

• Je waakt over de juiste toewijzing van kosten aan de correcte periode, kostenrekening en kostenplaats.

• Je past de juiste BTW-regels toe bij de verwerking van facturen.

• Je onderhoudt intern contact met diverse afdelingen binnen de organisatie.

• Je onderhoudt extern contact met leveranciers in het kader van factuurverwerking en opvolging.

• Je houdt leveranciersgegevens correct en up-to-date in ons ERP-systeem.

• Je denkt mee over een vlotte, correcte en kwalitatieve administratieve flow.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag administratieve processen correct opvolgt.

  • Je gaat graag gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en ordelijk te werk.
  • Je wordt omschreven als een doorzetter met een leergierig karakter.
  • Je bent gedreven om doelstellingen te bereiken en ondernemend om kwalitatief goed werk te leveren.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot schakelen met collega’s, afdelingen en leveranciers.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en durft zaken proactief op te volgen.
  • Je hebt een gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheidszin en kan probleemoplossend denken.
  • Een degelijke kennis van het Frans is een must.
  • Je kan met de gangbare Office-pakketten werken.
  • Ervaring in een boekhoudomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen is mooi meegenomen.
