Wat te verwachten?

Als bediende onthaal & planning ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten en zorg je voor een warm en professioneel onthaal. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse organisatie van de tandartspraktijk en biedt administratieve en logistieke ondersteuning aan het hele team.

Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Ontvangen van patiënten en beantwoorden van hun vragen;
  • Verwerken van patiëntengegevens en het bijhouden van medische dossiers;
  • Beheren van de praktijkagenda door het efficiënt plannen van afspraken, zowel telefonisch als aan de balie;
  • Informeren van patiënten over de vereiste documenten, zoals mutualiteitspapieren;
  • Behandelen van inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails, en ervoor zorgen dat vragen en verzoeken snel en correct worden opgevolgd;
  • Zorgen voor een professionele en gastvrije ontvangstruimte die altijd netjes en opgeruimd is.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Enige werkervaring in de dentale of medische sector is een voordeel;
  • Patiëntgerichte en empathische ingesteldheid;
  • Computervaardig: we werken met een dentaal programma dat ter plaatse aangeleerd zal worden;
  • Flexibiliteit en een proactieve houding;
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans;
  • Goed kunnen omgaan met stressvolle situatie en nauwkeurig werken;
  • Sterke teamspeler met de capaciteit om zowel zelfstandig als in een team te werken.
