Als Bediende Projectadministratie ondersteun je projectleiders en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van aankoop, facturatie, projectdocumentatie en financiële administratie. Je werkt mee aan een van de grootste infrastructuurprojecten van Vlaanderen binnen een vooruitstrevende technische omgeving in de ruime regio Antwerpen.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Bediende Projectadministratie:

  • Beheren en nauwgezet opvolgen van de aankoopadministratie binnen grote technische projecten.
  • Bestelbonnen, leveringen en facturen verwerken en controleren.
  • Vorderingsstaten administratief opvolgen en zorgen voor een correcte verwerking.
  • Projectleiders ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Projectdocumentatie structureren, voorbereiden en overzichtelijk beheren.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte administratieve coördinatie tussen projectteams, aankoop, finance en leveranciers.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij rapporteringen en de financiële opvolging van projecten.
  • Administratieve processen bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat informatie correct en tijdig wordt verwerkt.
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes en mogelijke procesverbeteringen.
  • Administratieve procedures mee uitwerken, standaardiseren en optimaliseren.
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen over toegewezen administratieve dossiers.
  • Structuur en overzicht brengen binnen een technisch uitdagende projectomgeving.

Binnen deze functie ondersteun je de projectwerking van een omvangrijk en technisch uitdagend infrastructuurproject. Veiligheid, duurzaamheid, vakmanschap, ondernemerschap, betrouwbaarheid en teamwork staan centraal. Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, processen mee te verbeteren en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen jouw rol. Wie jij bent als Bediende Projectadministratie:

  • Ervaring binnen projectadministratie, aankoopadministratie of de administratieve ondersteuning van technische projecten.
  • Ervaring binnen infrastructuur, bouw, technieken of industriële projecten vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • In het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd met het vermogen om steeds het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk in het beheren en opvolgen van jouw werkzaamheden.
  • Proactief ingesteld en bereid om zelf initiatief te nemen.
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot in de samenwerking met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Vlot in het werken met ERP-systemen.
  • Ervaring met aankoopprocessen, facturatie of vorderingsstaten vormt een mooie plus.
  • Oplossingsgericht en gemotiveerd om mee te denken over efficiëntere administratieve processen.
