Durf je vragen te stellen en collega's uit te dagen om de kwaliteit van dossiers te verhogen? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken. Als Medewerker Projectadministratie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, projectleiders, werfleiders en interne diensten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projectinformatie correct, volledig en tijdig beschikbaar is. Daarbij ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van gegevens, maar fungeer je ook als controlerend en signalerend aanspreekpunt binnen het projectproces.

  • Je ondersteunt projectleiders en werfleiders bij de administratieve opvolging van projecten.
  • Je verzamelt en verwerkt projectinformatie en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig en correct zijn opgebouwd.
  • Je bereidt offerteaanvragen voor en controleert opgemaakte offertes op volledigheid, juistheid en consistentie voordat deze naar de klant vertrekken.
  • Je verwerkt opmerkingen, wijzigingen en revisies van klanten en zorgt voor een correcte terugkoppeling naar de betrokken collega’s.
  • Je bent het administratieve aanspreekpunt voor een 20-tal medewerkers en volgt onder meer urenregistraties, interimprestaties, Checkin@work, boetes en facturatie op.
  • Je maakt bestelbonnen op voor onderaannemers en ondersteunt hen bij administratieve vragen.
  • Je bewaakt projectgegevens rond uren, kosten en opbrengsten in Excel en bedrijfssoftware.
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen, onvolledigheden of mogelijke fouten in dossiers en neemt initiatief om deze tijdig te laten corrigeren.
  • Je ondersteunt bij back-uptaken zoals onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, opleidingsadministratie en andere teamondersteunende processen.

Wij zoeken geen medewerker die louter gegevens verwerkt. We zoeken iemand die kritisch meedenkt, verbanden legt en de kwaliteit van de informatie bewaakt.

  • Je werkt gestructureerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je blijft rustig en professioneel, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd aandacht vragen.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail, zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je durft zaken in vraag te stellen wanneer informatie niet klopt of onvolledig is.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en toont eigenaarschap binnen jouw dossiers.
  • Je beschikt over een analytische mindset en kan gegevens interpreteren, controleren en opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, projectleiders, werfleiders en collega’s.
  • Ervaring met projectadministratie, personeelsadministratie, facturatie of boekhouding is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Leuke activiteiten zoals sportevents, familiedagen en teammomenten.
