Voor dit technisch uitdagende project zoeken we een administratieve professional die niet alleen sterk is in opvolging, maar ook mee structuur brengt, processen optimaliseert en een echte ondersteuning vormt voor onze projectteams.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Beheer en opvolging van aankoopadministratie binnen grote projecten
  • Verwerking en controle van bestelbons, leveringen en facturatie
  • Administratieve opvolging van vorderingsstaten
  • Ondersteuning van projectleiders op administratief vlak
  • Structureren en voorbereiden van projectdocumentatie
  • Coördinatie tussen projectteams, aankoop, finance en leveranciers
  • Ondersteuning bij rapportering en financiële opvolging van projecten
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes en procesverbeteringen
  • Mee uitwerken, standaardiseren en verbeteren van administratieve procedures
